State Police responded to a domestic disturbance in Washington Township on Saturday night.
A 60 year old man and 68 year old woman from Marble got into a verbal argument that turned physical when the victim attempted to contact police. The man went to the bedroom during the dispute, grabbed a revolver and threatened to shoot himself. The woman contacted the authorities before leaving the home and going to a neighbor.
The male suspect was detained and charged with simple assault and harassment in Judge Schill’s office.
