Robert Miller Jr. of Butler has been charged by Sandy Township Police with having prohibited offensive weapons, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Reports say the charges came about in November of last year when police responded to the Homewood Inn and Suites for an unconscious male. Employees said the man failed to check out on time and had several alarms in the room for smoke. They found Miller lying face down on the bed, with guns, drugs and paraphernalia present. Police also found multiple daggers in different sizes, throwing stars, numchucks and an expanding baton.
Miller was charged September 18th in Judge Ford’s office.
