The 17th Annual Pizza and Prevention event was held over the weekend and the results are in.
Scott Anthony and his staff sold 4,832 Chief Pizza pies or coupons on the day. That’s 1,299 pizzas baked and 3,533 coupons sold for future use on the special from Punxsy Pizza.
Firefighters made 144 deliveries. There is no immediate word on how many Kengersky Insureance smoke detectors were issued.
Folks also provided $1,531 in tips, which are also being donated to the fundraiser for the Punxsutawney Fire Department.
