Zellefrow – a registered sex offender convicted in 2000 – allegedly grabbed the 42-yr-old female victim by the throat and lifted her off the ground. He then allegedly followed her to the adjoining room and lifted her off the ground by her throat a second time. He fled and a warrant for his arrest was subsequently issued.
