DuBois State Police say 45-year-old William Marvin Koppenhaver Jr., has been accused of stalking, threatening, and assaulting his estranged wife and another individual this past Sunday afternoon.
Investigators allege Koppenhaver followed his estranged wife and her new significant other onto the Beechwood Golf Course in Washington Township, Jefferson County.
He allegedly brandished a knife and threatened the friend, before fleeing the scene.
According to the police report, Koppenhaver is suspected of utilizing a tracking device on his estranged wife’s truck, as a witness observed him underneath the vehicle.
Koppenhaver was apprehended Monday without incident and transported to the Jefferson County jail for arraignment.
The investigation is ongoing.
