A Reynoldsville man was found in possession of a large quantity of heroin and fentanyl waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
The charges of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia against 32-year-old Kacey Alan Lindemuth, of Reynoldsville, were waived for court on Tuesday (October 30).
Investigators discovered a brick of heroin, a small amount of suspected meth, numerous unused stamp and plastic bags, and numerous ziplock bags of cash, totaling $1,000.00 when a parole agent was attempting to bring Lindenmuth in on a parole violation in early September.
Court documents show the charges have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Lindemuth remains in the Jefferson County Jail on $5,000.00 bail.
