A suspect vehicle involved in an accident may have been partially identified and Punxsutawney Borough Police are asking for your help.
This past Saturday Punxsutawney Police reported a pickup had struck a utility pole at the intersection of Morrison Ave and West Mahoning Street. The pole was sheared off and damage was extensive to the front of the truck. The driver was able to free it from the pole and fled the scene traveling East West Mahoning Street.
The truck is described as light colored Ford pickup with a shiny aluminum flatbed. On Sunday morning a truck matching that description was scene on a trailer being hauled towards Mahaffey.
