A hearing date is set for a woman in Brookville who allegedly made unauthorized purchases using a coworkers debit card.
According to court documents criminal charges have been filed against 33 year-old Lauren M. Kocher of Brookville. The charges allege she used a co-workers debit card for four online purchases and her name to apply for a loan.
Kocher now faces three charges, including forgery and theft by deception-false impression. A preliminary hearing is scheduled on February 5 with Judge Bazylak presiding.
