A man from Kittanning was charged with a felony count of strangulation.
According to authorities, 29 year old Curtis Lynn Pearce faces a felony count of strangulation and a summary count of harassment from an incident that occurred around 2 a.m. on Saturday morning with 25 year old Kierston Dawn Pearce on Route 2018 in Armstong County.
Curtis Pearce was lodged in the Armstrong County Jail with bond set at $2,500. A preliminary hearing is set for January 3rd in Rural Valley District Court.
