A Brookville man who is accused of attacking someone with a beer bottle in Clarion bar will be sentenced.
According to published reports, 22 year old Zachary Walter Sparks from Brookville will be sentenced on Wednesday, January 9, by President Judge Arner.
On October 31, Sparks pleaded guilty to one second-degree misdemeanor count of simple assault. As a result of the plea agreement, other charges were dismissed.
Unable to post $10,000.00 monetary bail, Sparks remains lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
