A hearing is for a Jefferson County man who allegedly choked and bit a woman on Christmas Eve.
Online Court documents show 40-year-old Brent Richard Minick from Mayport will have a preliminary hearing in front of Magisterial District Judge Bazylak on Thursday, January 10.
Minick faces three charges, including strangulation and simple assault from an incident that had allegedly occurred on Christmas Eve. Minick remains free on $10,000.00 unsecured bail.
