In Indiana County Court today, a defendant is scheduled to be sentenced. Published reports show 19-year-old Shawn Michael Stonebraker of Commodore, who admitted guilt to a single charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
State police found a large amount of marijuana when they pulled Stonebraker over for a traffic violation on Tanoma Road last April.
