A man from Brookville waived his preliminary hearing on charges related to two DUI incidents, including one where he allegedly fled police.
According ExploreJefferson.com, the charges against 45-year-old Richard W. Murray of Brookville were waived this past Thursday. The published reports say two counts of first-degree misdemeanor endangering the welfare of children filed against Murray were withdrawn, but six other charges, including fleeing an officer and DUI, remain and have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
