Two people were charged with theft that happened at a grocery store in Reynoldsville last month.
According to court documents the Reynoldsville Borough Police Department filed criminal charges against 36-year-old Derek Kuntz and 32-year-old Brittany Gibson, both from DuBois.
Authorities say the two were caught on video surveillance in the store, taking several items without paying for them. Investigators say Gibson and Kuntz allegedly admitted to taking the items.
The preliminary hearings are scheduled for January 29 in front of Judge Inzana.
