Three men and a woman who are accused of participating in an assault and robbery that happened in Clymer Borough back in late November waived their charges in court on Monday.
According to the Indiana Gazette, Clymer Borough Police charged 33 year old Dexter Gladney Jr , 19 year old John Langham, both from Clymer, and 19 year old Makaylia Geer from Commodore, plus an unnamed juvenile, after video evidence of the incident was found on social media. The published report says, Carter Boring from Commodore said he was assaulted and robbed on November 27 at an apartment along Sixth Street.
No hearing date was set.
