A man from Punxsutawney who is accused of making threats against a couple has a preliminary hearing this afternoon.
According to court documents, 48-year-old George Rutledge Jr. from Punxsutawney will be in district court at 2 p.m. for several charges, including four counts of terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Rutledge is lodged in the Jefferson County Jail after failing to post $50,000.00 cash bail.
