Yesterday afternoon, Clarion County Judge James Arner sentenced Damien Ditz to serve 10 to 20 years in state prison for the murder of Katrina Seaburn, on March 1, 2017.
Explore Clarion.com reports Ditz was also sentenced to one to two years in state prison for aggravated assault causing bodily injury with a deadly weapon and Ditz was ordered to pay almost $13,000 in restitution, including close to $7,000 to the Pennsylvania Victims Compensation Program.
23 year old Ditz was found guilty of third-degree murder at the Clarion County Courthouse that concluded on December 7, 2018.
