A New Florence man was charged in the alleged BB gun incident.
According to the Indiana Gazette, 31 year old Karl Palmer was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment and arraigned in front of the Magisterial District Judge Rega and taken to the Indiana County jail after he was unable to post $10,000 bail. Palmer is accused of firing several rounds of BB’s at, and injuring 24 year old Nichelle Stiffler also from New Florence, during a domestic dispute on Tuesday.
Plamer has a preliminary hearing set for January 30.
