
Brookville Borough Police caught another man from Jefferson County who now faces felony charges from an undercover predator sting operation.
Court documents say the Brookville Borough Police filed criminal charges against 26-year-old Ronald J. Clark Jr. from Brookville this past Wednesday. Some of the charges, include unlawful contact with minor, criminal solicitation, and four others. The charges were filed after an undercover investigation by the Brookville Borough Police Department.

A man from Clarion is now in jail for allegedly threatening the State Police in Clarion.
Criminal charges were filed against 72-year-old James William Miller from Clarion in Magisterial District Judge Schill’s office on December 28, according to the court documents. The criminal complaint includes an excerpt from the letter and based on the investigation, Miller was arraigned on Tuesday on the charge of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another.
Unable to post $5,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 5, with Judge Schill presiding.

Charges have been filed against a 54 year old man from New Bethlehem for allegedly fleeing the scene and crashing his vehicle.
According to court documents, New Bethlehem Borough Police Department filed criminal charges against 54-year-old Don Irvin Drummond of Dayton. Investigators say Drummond was arraigned last Friday in Magisterial District Judge Miller’s Office on six charges, including fleeing, DUI and operating a vehicle without a valid Inspection.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 29.

On Sunday a car collided with another on Route 68. The incident occurred on Route 68 near Shamrock Drive in Pine Township of Clarion County around 1:40 pm on January 20, when a car driven by 44 year old Rikki Yourma from Sligo was stopped to make a left hand turn with her directional on, when a car driven by 32 year old Satney Meyers from Rimersburg, according to Clarion State Police, moved into the other lane and hit Yourma’s car.
Authorities say, Meyers vehicle traveled off the roadway and hit a fence before coming to a stop. Both were wearing their seat belts, no injuries were reported and Meyrs was cited for not driving at a safe speed.

The State Police in Clarion are investigating a report of a company credit card that was allegedly stolen from a 48 year old Shippenville man on Knight Town Road in Elk Township of Clarion County. Investigators say the incident took place between September and November of last year.
The investigation remains open.

State police have issued reports on an accident that happened on Monday at 1 a.m. in the morning.
According to authorities, 25-year-old Jennifer Wetzel of Rochester Mills escaped injury Monday morning when her car hit a patch of ice on Route 403 in Green Township. Police say the car fishtailed out on control on a curve, crossed over the road and back again, leaving the highway, striking a sign and going over an embankment.
No other information was released.
