The State Police in Clarion are asking the public to help find a local man who is wanted on 865 felony charges in a child rape case.
ExploreClarion.com says police issued a warrant for the arrest of 46 year-old Garrick Landon Bloom from Shippenville, who is wanted on multiple charges, including 216 counts of rape of a child, 216 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, 216 counts of aggravated indecent assault of child and several others.

According to the published report the charges stem from several incidents that occurred in Shippenville Borough dating back to 2007. Bloom is described as a white male, 5’5″ tall, and weighing 300 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes a beard with some gray and he wears eye glasses.
