The national unemployment rate increased by 0.2 percent to 3.9 percent and according to Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, jobless rates in PA remain unchanged at 4.2 percent.
Looking at local counties, Jefferson checked in with a 4.6, Clearfield has a 5.1 percent rate of unemployment and Indiana County had an increase of 0.4 percent to give it a 5.2 percent rate of unemployment.
