The National Weather Service has issued a Wind chill warning until 7 am Friday morning.
The wind chills could be as low as 30 below zero. Wind gusts may be as high as 45 mph. These conditions can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes. Hypothermia or death can occur in a short time if precautions are not taken.
