A man from Emlenton who is accused of making moonshine in a camper behind his residence waived his preliminary hearing.
Court documents say criminal the charges filed against 44-year-old Nicholas Brian Shay were waived for court yesterday. The charges were transferred to the Venango County Court of Common Pleas.
According to investigators, Shay illegally possessed mason jars of moonshine in a trailer behind his residence.
Shay is free on $500 unsecured bail.
