The woman who is accused of breaking into a residence, punching a man and ramming into his car waived her preliminary hearing.
According to ExploreJefferson.com, charges against 37-year-old Maureen Barbara Selby-Bolia, of Reynoldsville included aggravated assault, criminal trespass and seven other charges were waived for court on Tuesday, January 29. The charges have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Selby-Bolia remains free on $50,000.00 unsecured bail.
