A preliminary hearing for a DUI is scheduled for a Punxsutawney man.
According to the State Police in Punxsutawney, 46 year old Patrick David Knox was charged for driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to use seat belts back on December 9.
Knox will have his preliminary hearing on March 7 in front of Magisterial District Judge Mizerock.
