The man from Knox who is accused of repeatedly raping two young children and bestiality waived his preliminary hearing yesterday.
According to the court documents, four charges, including 36 counts of rape of a child and five counts of sexual intercourse with an animal have been filed against 43-year-old Timothy Ray Bell. Those charges have been transferred to the Clarion County Court of Common Pleas.
Unable to post $100,000.00 monetary bail, Bell remains in the Clarion County Jail.
