Today is the commemoration of Washington’s Birthday, and there are some closures in effect for the day.
Non-essential federal offices are closed for today, as are state offices, including PennDOT Driver’s License Centers. As far as state liquor stores go, if the store would normally be open today, then it will be open.
Many banks are also closed for the day today. There will be no US Postal delivery, but FedEx and UPS will operate on normal schedules today.
