Tomorrow a man from Fairmount City is due in the Clarion County Plea Court is facing more than 1,500 charges related to the alleged sexual assault of a child in Clarion County.
ExploreJefferson.com cites the court documents that say 47-year-old David Kenneth Detjen Jr., now of San Bernardino, CA, will appear in front of President Judge James G. Arner for various charges, including 312 counts of rape forcible, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with person less than 16 years old, statutory sexual assault and multiple other charges and hundreds of counts.
The charges stem from alleged sexual offenses against a juvenile that occurred during the years of 2009 to 2012.
Detjen is in the Clarion County Jail on $100,000.00 monetary bail.
