The man from Clarion who is accused of forging a doctor’s name on a prescription to get medication has a preliminary hearing set.
According to ExploreClarion.com, charges of forgery and counterfeit simulate mark stamp have been filed on Friday, March 1 against 76 year old James Ralph Rhoades in Magisterial District Judge Schill’s office.
The published reports says Rhoads was in the Clarion County Jail on $10,000.00 monetary bail on Friday, and then released on Monday, after a surety bond was posted by a professional bondsman. A preliminary hearing is set for March 12 with Judge Schill presiding.
