Charges were filed from an incident that happened at the end of last month.
The Brookville Borough Police Department conducted a traffic stop for an inspection violation on February 28 around 10 in the morning on South Main Street and noticed the smell of cannabis. After further investigation, they found and seized a small amount and charged the 19 year old driver, who is from Rockton, with possession of marijuana and related offenses.
The charges were filed at Magistrate Bazylak’s Office.
