The State Police in Clarion are continuing their investigation into a phone scam where a man claims to be with Publishers Clearing House and convinces victims to send money through Amazon gift cards.
Recently a 68 year old woman from Emlenton fell victim to the scam, and police remind you not to give out any financial information or money payments, because the entire call is a scam.
