A sentencing was scheduled in Indiana County Court today for 26-year-old Johnna Nicole Depp of Hamilton, Jefferson County.
Depp pleaded guilty last month to DUI of a controlled substance and driving while suspended. She had been admitted to the county’s ARD program in a previous case of theft by deception.
Her ARD will be terminated and she will now be sentenced for that offense after pleading guilty last month.
