Pennsylvania State Police say a Commodore man will be charged with strangulation for an assault on a woman last Sunday afternoon at a home along Cookport Road in Green Township.
39-year-old Jason Abrams allegedly threw the 35-year-old woman to the ground and choked her before fleeing the scene. Abrams is already facing a preliminary hearing next month for a case from March in which he’s charged with theft, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
