One of the five most wanted by Troop A Indiana Pennsylvania State Police has been caught.
21 year-old Harlie Rose Cowie of DuBois was taken into custody by the Brookville Police Department. Cowie was arraigned on May 3 before Magisterial District Judge Susanne V. Steffee.
Bail was set at $500.00 unsecured and a preliminary hearing is set for July 21 at 9:00 AM.
