A car show near Harrisburg was allowed to proceed back in July, allowing up to 20,000 attendees per day.
According to WPXI Channel 11 news out of Pittsburgh, they have obtained paperwork showing there was a confidential agreement between the Department of Health Secretary Dr. Levine and the Carlisle Car Show organizers allowing the four-day event. The DOH had originally filed a lawsuit to limit the event; however, an out-of-court agreement was reached, according to PennLive.com.
Levine stated she could not comment on the issue and the Governor has not responded to Channel 11 news. The Green Phase order states: Any gathering for a planned or spontaneous event of greater than 250 individuals is prohibited.
