The Pennsylvania State Police Punxsutawney-based barracks obtained an arrest warrant for a local man who fled the scene prior to arrest.
Pennsylvania State Police say on Sunday afternoon around 3 they responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence along Route 36 in Gaskill Township of Jefferson County.
A further investigation alleges 48-year-old Walter Foster Jr., struck a 77-year-old woman in the face and attempted to ignite fires to the residence prior to leaving the scene.
