The Punxsutawney Borough Council held a special meeting over the phone yesterday and approved the purchase of a new police interceptor for the K-9Unit with InFirst Bank as the vendor.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, the Council also approved a resolution for a Community Development Block grant to go toward a new ventilation system for the Punxsutawney Area Fitness Center to fight COVID-19.
