The first week of October is National Fire Prevention week to raise awareness of ways to prevent fires & show appreciation for all firefighters who sacrifice their time and resources protecting our community.
The Punxsutawney Fire Departments will be selling the Chief pepperoni pizza coupon cards for $9.11 at various businesses throughout the month of October, which is National Pizza Month. Punxsy Pizza will be donating 100 percent of the profits to the Fire Departments. All three Punxsutawney FVDs, Central, Lindsey and Elk Run, will offer them at their locations too throughout October.
