According to Triple A Mid-Atlantic, last year at this time it was $2.76. Looking at the average for local counties: Jefferson has the lowest at $2.47, followed by Clarion at $2.49, Clearfield is averaging $2.52, while Indiana County has the highest at $2.57.
The national average stands at $2.13 per gallon of gasoline.
