State Police charged a Marion Center man after a three-vehicle crash in Clymer Borough yesterday morning, according to 1160 WCCS.
Derek E. Colberg, 32, was lodged in the Indiana County Jail to await arraignment after being charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver and Driving while Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned and lodged in Indiana County Jail in Lieu of a $100,000 monetary bail.
Indiana-based State Police responded to the crash at the intersection of Franklin St. and 6th St. in Clymer Borough just before 7 am. No injuries were reported.
