DuBois State Police have filed charges against 47-year-old Thomas C. Nellis of Brockway for allegedly barging into a man’s Washington Township home and threatening to burn down his barn on Dec. 2.
The criminal complaint notes that Nellis and another man barged in and began yelling at the victim. The police report says, prior to the incident both of the men had been advised by the victim that they were not allowed on his property.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 17.
