State Police have released details about a hit-and-run crash on State Route 3002 in Millstone Township of Elk County involving 60-year-old Paul J. Slosser of Sigel. We first reported it on Nov. 21.
Slosser was turning into a driveway when an unknown vehicle scraped against the back of his vehicle and then drove away, ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports. Slosser was using a seat belt and was not injured.
