Pennsylvania State Police say 56-year-old Julianne Silvis Bryant of Dayton failed to appear for court on a drug charge filed against her in Clarion County.
Troopers say they found Bryant in the possession of drugs during a traffic stop in Oct. on Route 66 and filed possession charges a few weeks later.
Records show, Bryant was scheduled for court Nov. 19 and did not show to face the charges.
