A one-vehicle accident occurred on Dec. 16 in Brookville on 6th street.
According to Brookville PD, the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck an embankment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Police filed charged when they discovered the driver was using the vehicle without the owner’s permission.
