Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney responded to an incident of strangulation on Spotts Road in Banks Township of Indiana County on Dec. 16.
Police say a 42-year-old Glen Campbell man was arrested and taken for mental review. Another 42-year-old man and a 78-year-old man both of Glen Campbell were described as victims in the report.
