A Punxsutawney man drove through a stair railing, hit the corner of a building, hit a propane tank and came to stop in a culvert on Ramsaytown Road at Five Mile Run Road Wednesday evening.
Punxsutawney Pennsylvania State Police say the driver and three passengers were not injured.
