Police say a 48-year-old Brookville man has been charged with alleged aggravated assault, rape, and related charges following a series of domestic violence incidents in Burnside Township.
According to GANT News, the victim delivered photographs documenting previous domestic abuse to the Clearfield County District Attorney’s office during court on April 29 at the Clearfield County Jail.
The DA’s office turned the photographs over to state police on Dec. 1 and the investigation continued with an interview of the victim Dec. 6.
