One person has died from coronavirus in Jefferson County and the county reported 22 additional cases of COVID-19 as of Jan. 5.
According to the PA Department of Health, the county’s case total has reached 1,990 and the death toll is at 47.
Clearfield County has 75 new COVID19 cases, Clarion 20, and Indiana 38
There are 8,818 additional positive cases of coronavirus in the state bringing the statewide total to 673,915.
There are 5,630 people hospitalized with COVID19 and of those 1,182 are in intensive care.
