An Elk County man has been arrested for allegedly setting the fire at the Old Johnsonburg Hotel on E Center Street that occurred on Dec. 30.
According to WJAC, Johnsonburg Police say the man is facing felonies including arson, risking catastrophe and other related charges.
The man is currently being held in Elk County Prison in lieu of monetary bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 13.
