State Police in Clarion filed charges against a 36-year-old Clarion man who allegedly punched a woman in the face multiple times while in a vehicle traveling through Clarion Township early New Years Day.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, troopers were dispatched around 2:30 am, Jan. 1 to a vehicle in the area of CL School Road and Waterson Road.
Police were unable to locate the victim or the actor on scene but located the victim at her residence later that morning.
A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 12.
